I would just like to share my experience with Erik and the purchase of my home. I don’t even know where to start because my experience was beyond wonderful and mostly because I had Eric by my side day and night. If I had a problem or question he was there. He went way beyond his role as a real estate agent, to get me into my home. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to take time off work to be at my new home to have some repairs and things done that needed to be done before I moved in, he stepped in and stayed here all day to make sure things got done for me.
